I placed my order during a sale in early October and the sales staff in the store seemed really helpful and knowledgeable. They said it would take about 10 to 12 weeks due to manufacturing delays. The company never reached out to me, and when I contacted them because I didn't get my fabric sample, that's when things got worse. Come December, I thought I'd finally be getting my sofa, so I called for a delivery date. They told me it was delayed and would arrive in February. That date didn't stick either and got pushed to late March. My sofa didn't show up until almost half a year later. I understand there were pandemic-related problems, but I'm really upset about how poorly ABC handled communication. Emails take forever to get responses and their phone lines seem like they're never staffed. Plus their strict return policy basically traps you as a customer.
