The live chat feature is basically a scam where you almost get connected then suddenly lose connection. Don't shop on their website, just head to your local gun shop instead.
Watch out for stuff listed as 'IN STOCK' on their site. Their customer service is genuinely terrible. Placed an order for a scope mount that supposedly was in stock on December 2nd. Can't get through by phone because their system is broken and won't let me leave a message. Their live chat had me waiting for hours last week with over 165 people ahead, then dumped me back to the start of the line right before they would've helped me. I sent three support emails starting December 18th with absolutely zero replies. I told a friend about the company, he lives in my area, and he ordered the exact same mount on December 8th and got it by December 26th. This total failure to communicate means I'm never ordering from their site again.
I agree with everyone else here, the customer service is truly awful. I've been sitting around waiting six weeks for items they said were in stock. Nobody answers calls, emails, texts, nothing. Wishing I hadn't spent my money there. Got some stuff in bits and pieces with zero notice about when I'll get the rest. This whole thing is ridiculous.
Waiting a full month now for stuff I ordered that was supposedly in stock. Put in a support ticket a week back and still nothing. Stay away from ordering on their website! I've had much better experiences with other gun retailers but this place shows zero interest in taking care of their buyers. Not coming back, they're a bad operation that ignores customers.

Waited on hold for two full hours and got disconnected. Waited in an online queue and got kicked off after two hours. Got a message saying my chat disconnected but my issue never got addressed even though I explained everything. Two support emails with no answer. No way to reach them and no clue where my order is. They already took my money immediately and keep emailing me trying to sell me the same thing. Worst customer support experience ever.
This outfit is a complete mess. Put in an order the 29th of November. They quoted processing time between five and seven business days. After eight business days my order's still sitting in processing. Waited on the phone for three hours and also waited for chat support for three hours, then they just hung up on me. No email support option that actually works. This place is basically a con.
Bought a complete upper and lower on 11/29/24. Got an order confirmation on the site but never got an email and they took my money. Sat in a chat window for over three hours then got disconnected when only 30 people were in front of me, it started at 172! Tried calling many times and was on hold for way over an hour! UPDATE 01.06.25 and still haven't heard from them!

Got a fully assembled upper with BCG, charging handle for over a hundred bucks, and a buffer kit so everything would be from the same manufacturer. That way if something was wrong, it'd be one quick phone call with nobody pointing fingers. But then the upper didn't work and they won't do tech support over the phone. You have to use live chat or submit a ticket. Waited on chat right at the top of the line and nothing for 35 minutes, so I gave up. Went with the ticket route instead and still waiting after 5 days with no word.
