Made a reservation through this website for a DFW airport hotel for parking at 5 am. The hotel wasn't running shuttle service at that time. I called to cancel the booking and got charged $5 anyway, even though it was within 30 minutes. They shouldn't have confirmed a booking at a place that doesn't operate services when the reservation was requested.
