My experience with this company was completely unacceptable. Here's what went wrong. First, they don't have an office and everyone works from home. Nothing sits in a warehouse. They only manufacture items after you order and use third-party shippers to get products to you. This means deliveries take way longer than what they say on the website. When my first order finally showed up, it was completely wrong. Rather than fixing it right away, they pushed me to take a discount to keep the incorrect item. I had to fight just to get what I actually paid for. The replacement took another two months and came in damaged, so I had to refuse it. They promised a full refund but it never happened.

Shipping and cost were fine, but the desk chair mat came folded into thirds, which makes no sense for a large plastic mat that wasn't meant to be folded. I have serious doubts it will ever lay completely flat. Won't be ordering from them a second time.

They eventually told me the mats get cut bigger than requested and the edges aren't straight because of 'human error.' That completely defeats the whole point of ordering custom. For over $300, I expected accuracy, quality, and someone to stand behind their work. Instead I got sloppy work, poor service, and zero accountability. I'd look elsewhere for gym mats.

The website makes big claims about their premium carpet logo mats being top quality and fade-resistant even in harsh conditions. That's not what happened with mine. I paid a lot of money for a thin mat that lost its color within three months, and it wasn't even in a high traffic spot on my covered porch. When I contacted them about the website's promises, they dodged my questions and wouldn't take responsibility. They offered me a replacement at half price and kept pushing me to buy more. Looking at other customer feedback, this seems to be how they always operate. This company is dishonest and unreliable.

Be careful with this one! The product listings and photos on their site are misleading. The wall pads only show pictures of them installed in rooms, with no shots of the actual item itself or what the back looks like. The measurements aren't shown either. It's not obvious you're getting just one single pad for the crazy price they're asking. It took the full 45 days they claimed was the maximum to send it out, and when I reached out about the mix-up, support wouldn't help. This place caters to business customers. Individual shoppers should stay away. What I got for $115 on sale is honestly kind of funny.

STEER CLEAR. Just like everyone else is saying, the customer service is really bad. I had a problem with my mat and had to involve someone outside the company just to get them to respond.

Horrible customer service. I ordered two mats, one in navy and one in black, but needed both in navy. I sent an email and waited a week for a response. When I finally heard back, I was asked to send photos, which I did right away. They said they could handle the swap immediately. Two days went by and nothing. Look for another vendor.
