A pair of shoes worth $105 never showed up. When I contacted them about it, I offered to pay for what arrived but refused to pay for the shoes I didn't get. Instead of working with me, they started harassing me and threatening to report me to credit bureaus. I ended up paying for everything except the missing shoes, but their behavior was completely unacceptable.
Would give zero stars if I could. Never ordering from here again because the whole thing was bad. The loungers weren't described accurately, I paid for shipping, and they charged me a return fee. I only got $11.60 back on a $40 purchase. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
Don't shop at this company. I placed an order and returned it through PayPal. Come to find out, they've been taking $14.95 out of my account monthly for ten months straight. I tried calling two separate customer service numbers and nobody helped. This is a total scam.
Took way too long to get my order, more than two weeks. Then the nightgown doesn't fit my mom right. The return process is insane. They didn't even include an easy return label, so sending back an $18 item would cost between $13 and $14. On top of the shipping they already charged me, I also got hit with a $1.50 PRF fee and a $1.75 surcharge, making the total $24.11 with tax. This company makes it way too difficult to return anything. Won't be ordering again.
Got my shipment and saw they charged me an FSC charge on the bill which means fuel service charge. Since when did the Post Office start doing that? Worked in trucking for 44 years and never saw USPS get approved to add FSC charges. Yet this company just tacked it onto my bill along with already high shipping costs. Returned the item through USPS for $4.59. So a $19.99 product ended up costing me $32 with all their fees, replacement charge, and FSC. After I paid for return shipping, I got back $21. This company made $16 profit off a $19.99 item while it cost me $36. I would never have ordered if I'd known about their terrible reviews.
Wish I looked at the reviews first before buying here. Everything people say about this place is true. They give you the runaround every single time. Ordered three items and now they're charging me separate shipping on each one. How does that even work? I got two items in the same box but they want three shipping charges. When I asked the rep if they actually sent them out separately, she said yes, which is totally false. You ship one box, you pay for one shipment. After I'm done paying them, they can forget about ever getting my business again. No way I'm giving them my card information either. I'll be using a money order, but that's it. If you're thinking about ordering, please read reviews first because I really wish I had before wasting my time and money.
Stay away from this company. I made an order and returned a couple items through PayPal. When I got back home, I noticed they started taking money out of my PayPal account every month. I called two different customer service lines, and the second one transferred me to what turned out to be a doctor's office. Definitely a scam.
Don't believe their claims. Bought a couple shirts that ran too large and sent them back for a smaller size. They hit me with a $9.99 return label charge, which I paid. But then they never sent the exchange. Instead, they refunded me the two shirts minus that $9.99 fee. Then they tell me the smaller size is available to order now, so I'm stuck losing that $9.99 and having to buy it all over again with new shipping costs. When I called to complain about this, the representative just hung up on me.
Over a year ago I made a purchase from this catalog company. Right after that, I started getting at least three catalogs every single week. I've called repeatedly trying to get them to stop sending them. Several times I've asked for a supervisor and every time they promise the catalogs will stop. After about a year of calling, they finally did stop for a while. But now they're coming again. Got one about a week ago and another this past weekend. So I called again and got another promise that they'll stop. We'll see what happens. The product itself was fine but I will never order again because of these constant unwanted catalogs.
This company uses Pitney Bowes for shipping and their service is terrible. I've dealt with Pitney Bowes through other companies before and they're always bad. My package hit their facility on February 2nd to be sent to USPS and just sat there for three days. Then they moved it to another Pitney Bowes location just one state over where it sat for five more days. It didn't leave that third facility until February 10th and USPS still doesn't have it even though Pitney Bowes tracking says it's arriving tomorrow on February 12th. The website promised 7 to 10 day delivery with standard shipping. Tomorrow is day 10 and since USPS doesn't even have it yet, add another two or three days. I'll be waiting well over two weeks. Called customer service and they did nothing to help. Will never order from this company or anyone else using Pitney Bowes again.
