The online picture looked exactly like the Diamond Deb, but it absolutely is not the same product. The fact that it appears in Diamond Deb searches, is called the Diamond, and looks nearly identical online is clearly intentional. They're conning you into thinking you're buying a Diamond Deb. What I received was cheap garbage that bends easily and has a rough texture that actually damages your nails. This company isn't breaking laws but they're definitely trying to deceive and cheat you. Don't trust them.
Should have looked at reviews before purchasing from this place. The robe I got looks and feels like dollar store material, absolutely terrible. The size runs huge on top of that. They sneak in a carrier surcharge and priority replacement surcharge on the item price. Returning it would cost almost half what I paid, so I'm just donating it. Just know you'll likely get low quality fabric and construction that won't meet normal expectations. Really disappointed.

Terrible customer service. Had a promotion code for free shipping and handling, but the agent wouldn't apply it. Had to call back four separate times just to get the issue fixed.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AMONG THE WORST ONLINE SELLERS AROUND. I RECEIVED A FIFTY DOLLAR ORDER THAT DID NOT MATCH THE ONLINE DESCRIPTION. WHEN I CALLED TO RETURN IT, THEY SAID THERE WOULD BE A TEN DOLLAR RETURN FEE WHICH I ACCEPTED BUT THEN THEY WANTED ME TO PAY SIXTY THREE DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING ON A TWO POUND PACKAGE. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
Worst decision ordering from here. Two weeks went by and still no package. I've tried reaching out twice and they haven't responded once. Their customer service is absolutely terrible.
This is the worst company to work with. Placed an order and they put it on hold. Every time I called, they gave me a different explanation. Finally I just canceled the whole thing. Never dealing with them again.
Worst place to shop online. I ordered two pairs of shoes and never got them even though tracking showed they shipped. I tried to use their chat feature, which was useless. Called customer service and they told me both shoes were discontinued. When I asked for a supervisor, she said they were all busy. The rep was really difficult to understand. She told me to call credit services, so I did. That person couldn't help either but transferred me to someone else who also couldn't help. However, she did say my shoes are actually available and promised they'd arrive in 7 to 10 days, but I'm not counting on it. I'm definitely never ordering from this company again.
