They offered to either send a replacement or refund me. I asked for the replacement and I'm still waiting. Otherwise things have been good and I appreciate their help sorting this out.
This spring has been really rough shopping with them, and I'm pretty let down since I've trusted this company for years. Something's wrong with both my delivery addresses even though they're correct, and I can't get my order to go through. Plus their support takes forever to respond. There are other account problems too but that's the main one I need fixed.

Because of how they operate, they've recently rebranded to different names. Stay away from ordering here unless you want your money taken.
Ordered turf shoes on Monday and paid for Thursday delivery before my kid's tournament but they didn't ship until Wednesday and arrival was pushed to Monday. Called customer service and they refunded the shipping charge but said that was all they could do. Got the package but no return label showed up across three emails. Never heard from any manager. Bad service, slow shipping, awful follow-up.
