The order wasn't even shipped until after I tried to cancel it. Since I needed the shoes right then, I grabbed a pair from a local store instead. Planning to send the ones that finally arrived back. I doubt the refund will be any faster than the shipping was. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else like a sporting goods store.
Grabbed turf shoes without looking at reviews first. Read all the negative stuff the next day and thought for sure I'd never see them. Got the shipping confirmation and they arrived the next day anyway.
They promised guaranteed delivery on a specific date for an extra fee. Then shipping took forever and they used FedEx SmartPost which basically killed that guarantee before it even started. When I called to complain, they gave back the shipping fee but wouldn't do anything else or even tell me when I'd actually get my stuff. Left me in the dark hoping it would eventually show up. The whole experience was frustrating. Sure the prices looked decent but I should've paid more and gone somewhere else. Really disappointed in them and my kid too.

Got 3 helmets on Thursday but one was backordered for four more weeks and I still didn't know about the fifth helmet. Called support and that's all they could tell me.
