Complete waste of money. I bought a Black Beauty Rest and after two years it's completely shot. Don't buy their mattresses.

My Beautyrest GL6 developed a big sag in the center less than a year after I bought it. When I tried to file a warranty claim, they rejected it because the sag measured 1.2 inches instead of the required 1.5 inches without pressure. I'm really disappointed and I'd suggest staying away from Beautyrest products altogether.

Bought a BR Black firm in summer 2024 and in less than 90 days it turned soft and lumpy. I've got back pain and feel like I threw three grand away on junk.

I was considering a Beautyrest Black K-class firm pillow top mattress but I'm so glad I read reviews first. I tested them at three different stores and each one felt different, with some being noticeably softer than others. For the price they're asking, these are a total rip-off. Plus the quality control and craftsmanship are pathetic. The markup on these mattresses is insane, and while they cost only a few hundred dollars to manufacture, they're sold for over four grand. That's outrageous markup that makes no sense. The materials cost pennies when ordered in bulk, yet customers get gouged with these prices.

Had a terrible experience overall. The advertising was completely misleading.

We bought a Beauty Rest Harmony mattress and it's falling apart after less than three years. Deep body indentations have formed, and one edge is so worn it compresses all the way down to the frame. It's 12 inches thick and literally made from recycled plastic bottles, which is just awful. I filed a warranty claim with detailed photos showing the damage, but they refused to help. Their response basically said nothing in my claim qualified for replacement and that I should read their warranty terms more carefully.

Just got a new Beautyrest and it has significant dips on both sides already. I'm wondering if they've compromised their manufacturing process somehow.

I ordered a Beautyrest mattress online and after a year and a half a large dip formed in the middle. I'm 5'10" and weigh 130 pounds, so I'm definitely not overweight or heavy. Their products are low quality and they won't honor their warranties. I'm disappointed and can't recommend purchasing from them.

I'm frustrated because Beautyrest won't back their products. Less than nine months after buying my mattress, it started showing a major sag where I sleep, and I'm not a heavy person at all. The mattress came with what's supposed to be a lifetime warranty, but since I bought it from an outlet store they refuse to honor it. Now I'm stuck with an uncomfortable, expensive mattress that needs replacing before its first year is up. I'm really disappointed by how little the company cares. I've learned they've had ongoing issues with this particular model due to manufacturing defects.

We bought a BR Black in California king and after four years it feels like sleeping in a ditch. I should wake up refreshed instead I feel worse than when I went to bed. It quit being comfortable around the 2.5 year mark and it just keeps getting worse. What terrible quality.
