I got a Beautyrest Black pillow top queen about six years ago. Lately it's been sinking on one side and I'd really like some help from the company. A replacement runs about $3300, which is steep. Even a coupon or some kind of credit toward a new one would be appreciated.

I went to the furniture store asking for the best mattress they had and walked out with a top-of-the-line Beautyrest Black. Fourteen months later both mattress units failed. I'm 168 pounds and my wife is 135, so we're not heavy people. Both have the same problems including sagging in the middle and internal material failure that appears to be from manufacturing defects. They're impossible to sleep on now. The furniture store won't take responsibility and when I contacted Beautyrest directly, they wouldn't either. My advice is to avoid Beautyrest and Simmons products entirely because they don't stand behind their mattresses when they fail.

By four months in, our backs hurt as much as they had on our old 15-year-old mattress. A noticeable depression developed in the center while other areas felt completely different. Between the mattress, frame, and all those extra warranties that turned out to be useless, we spent over $5000. It's been truly devastating.
