Got brand new tires installed and within weeks one started leaking. The technician told me I needed to buy new rims. I said absolutely not. Then he suggested buying just one rim. I explained that they clearly didn't inspect or clean the rim before installing the tires. He came back saying the aluminum rims couldn't be cleaned anyway. Wouldn't even look at it until late afternoon, or I could book an appointment for tomorrow or the next day and sit around waiting. Zero effort on their part to check the tire, fill it up, or do anything. Just excuses and sales talk. I'm going elsewhere to get this fixed and won't be using them again.
This company seems designed to take advantage of customers, and honestly a lawsuit sounds about right. I had a terrible experience at the location near me, and the whole operation is the problem. Check out the reviews online and you'll see what I mean. For instance, they advertise free flat repairs and free tire rotations, but good luck actually scheduling that on their website. Call the shop and the fastest appointment is like a week out just for a flat. If you actually show up in person, they'll tell you to drop off the car with no shuttle available, and they might get to it in several hours or maybe tomorrow. A flat tire needs to be fixed same day, not a week later. This place markets services they don't actually provide in a timely way. They should put a booking option on their site and tell customers upfront that flat repairs could take forever. I'm staying away permanently.
