When you browse the website and see an item marked down on sale, the moment you pick your size it jumps back to full price. I've complained about this several times and was assured it would be fixed but a week later they're still doing it. They're basically scamming their customers with this tactic.
I placed an order for three polo shirts ten days ago with a confirmed delivery window of 3 to 7 working days. Ten days have passed and I just found out that two items are out of stock and the last one will ship soon. They're saying I'll get my money back in 5 working days, but they shouldn't have charged me in the first place if they didn't actually have this stuff ready to go. I really wish I'd looked at reviews before placing this order.
This company is unreliable. I've tried calling customer service four separate times and each time I'm put on hold listening to music for five minutes before getting disconnected. I also sent an email three days ago asking for help and they said they'd respond within two days but haven't. They're always happy to take your payment but don't care about anything else.
Run the other way from this company. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful. I've emailed multiple times about my refund but get the same generic response asking for information I've already provided several times over. Their system shows my items have been processed but still no money back. I'm going to contact my bank next. If you must order from them, use a credit card instead of a debit card so you can dispute the charge with your bank if needed.

With that company, I didn't have to pay for the return, they processed my refund immediately, and I already got my new order in the correct size. I'm switching to them from now on.
