Bluetti Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Bluetti
Bluetti inspires strong and polarized opinions among shoppers. Satisfied customers praise the quality and performance of the power stations and solar products themselves, along with responsive customer service that handles issues like equipment failures with upgrades and replacements. Loyal repeat buyers report reliable performance across multiple purchases and years of use. However, a substantial portion of reviewers report significant frustration with logistics and support processes: shipping delays with unclear tracking, courier issues, difficulty reaching customer service (limited to website chat), failed returns without refunds, and problems with the loyalty points system. Some reviewers feel their concerns go unanswered and question whether negative feedback is taken seriously.
The disconnect between positive and negative experiences appears to center on whether customers encounter logistical or support problems early on. Those who do report feeling abandoned, while those whose products arrive smoothly generally express strong satisfaction with the hardware itself and the company's willingness to resolve technical issues. The inconsistency in delivery and responsiveness emerges as the primary pain point across complaints.

Sorted by: Most recentWhen our charger 1 broke down I called Bluetti support and they shipped out an upgraded charger 2 within a week for minimal cost. Really appreciated that. Had some initial hiccups but working with their support team made all the difference. The AC200 max we use for our van power has been fantastic. Only wish it was a bit lighter overall. I'd definitely recommend them.
Looking at the bad reviews on here, most don't really say anything about the actual product quality. They're mostly just people venting. My experience has been totally different. I've had fantastic results with Bluetti. I've invested in 33 kilowatts of their solar backup power over the last four years and everything performs great. Their customer service team is responsive and helpful whether it's repairs, replacements, or technical support. Only had one issue during the hurricane season when Bluetti quickly responded, covered it under warranty, and swapped out my damaged units within seven days. That's exceptional service in today's world. I'm running five different systems across two AC200Ls with double B300K batteries, two AC200MAXs with various battery setups, and one AC200P with a B230, all charged from my 11-kilowatt solar array. If you need reliable solar battery backup power you can't go wrong with Bluetti.
On the surface they look like a legitimate operation with decent products and reasonable prices, claiming solid support. My first order told a different story. Shipped on schedule but with a questionable courier that hasn't even operated in my region in years. My package went nowhere with useless tracking info, and Bluetti never answered my questions about it. Turns out they can't actually help with warranties or customer issues. All that promised support is basically fiction. The actual product is nice looking and works great for the price, but took forever to arrive due to the carrier situation.
Total disaster from day one. I accumulated tons of their loyalty points dealing with endless issues, but can't actually use them to buy anything worth having, just random cables I don't want. Really regret ever doing business with them. Should've told them to keep their worthless points and remove all my info.
Terrible experience with the return process. Getting customer service is basically impossible, they only offer chat through their site and can't help with anything meaningful. My item was rejected by the courier for no clear reason but I haven't gotten my money back or anything.
Fantastic product backed by great customer service. I'm honestly shocked reading some of these reviews because they don't match my experience at all. Several complaints seem to be about delivery companies which has nothing to do with Bluetti itself. I've bought multiple items and couldn't be happier. Got two Apex 300 units with four B300K batteries total, a hub D1 and charger 1. Initially waffled between Ecoflow but decided on Bluetti after seeing their strong Facebook community and customer squad for support. Just grabbed a 350-watt solar panel which is excellent and a hands-free 2 backpack with power station that's amazing. Also picked up a pair of Elite 30 V2 units as gifts. These systems are so intuitive and really impressive. We want complete home backup plus motorhome capability. Got it all. Check out their Facebook groups by country for help. I don't work for Bluetti and wasn't asked to write this. Just my honest take.
Their European shipping is a real mess. They partner with budget logistics companies that constantly split orders, redirect packages, and lose shipments. That's been my experience dealing with them.
Was looking to set up a system for my RV but their website is honestly one of the worst designed ones out there. Terrible navigation and you can't figure out what's actually in stock. One page says preorder while another page lets you add it to your cart with zero preorder label. Same exact item listed two ways. That's just one problem. They need to dump their Shopify setup which screams amateur hour and get a real platform that actually works. Make it clear which products work together and what's available.
Awful customer service throughout this whole ordeal. I needed a solar battery setup for a video project traveling around. Buying straight from their site was a nightmare because their payment system is broken. Payment processing failed repeatedly and I couldn't tell if my money went through or not. Even when it seemed to work nothing actually charged. That turned out to be minor compared to what came next. I didn't catch that my delivery address somehow got switched to a place 600 miles away where I haven't lived in over a decade. Tried calling the company but you can't reach a real person, just an automated system. Finally got someone Monday who said another team would respond within a day. After a week of stress the package showed up but not at my location. Complete nightmare.
