Major scam warning! They charged my card seventy-five hundred dollars. Then they contacted me saying a cable was unavailable and wouldn't ship until they had it. A whole month goes by so I email to cancel since waiting that long for a cord is insane. Instead of canceling, I get a shipping notice. Called today and the person said there's a fee to cancel now. Right after hanging up I get two more shipping emails. Why didn't they send everything together? I'm out seven grand and filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

Bluetti customer support through their certified refurbished program couldn't help resolve my unit's problems. They never mentioned swapping it out even though I'm within the two-year warranty period, less than a year into ownership. Their approach seems to be wearing customers down until we give up and accept our losses. The company has earned a terrible rating from the main U.S. business accountability organization. Bottom line is check the negative reviews before buying. Get a name-brand U.S. company even if their stuff is also made overseas because at least there's some level of accountability. Worth paying more for that peace of mind.

Put in an order about 25 days back and honestly had my doubts about the whole thing being legit. Tried to find payment options where I could pay on delivery or later, but they forced me to pay upfront immediately. After that, complete radio silence for days. Reached out through chat multiple times and got nothing but generic apologies with zero actual help or real information. The chat operator kept throwing out empty promises like 1000 bonus points which never materialized. This company is basically a scam. Seriously, just go to a local hardware store and grab an EcoFlow product off the shelf instead. Do not buy from Bluetti or you'll lose your money and waste your time like I did.
