What Shoppers Say About BootayBag
BootayBag is rated 1.1 out of 5 by 12 shoppers, with an overwhelming majority of one-star reviews. Shoppers report severe problems with customer service, including unresponsive support teams, ignored refund requests, and months-long delays without resolution. Multiple reviewers describe unauthorized charges, failed tracking links, and disputes they have filed with credit card companies. The product quality itself receives criticism, with customers noting that items appear sourced from budget retailers like Amazon, Temu, and SHEIN, arrive damaged or misshapen compared to website images, and are priced at a premium despite their poor quality.
Long-term customers express particular disappointment, noting that the company's quality has declined significantly over recent years through multiple rebrands. The combination of unresponsive customer service, shipping delays, product quality concerns, and billing issues creates a consistently negative experience across reviews. No reviewers report satisfaction with their purchases or interactions with the company.

Sorted by: Most recentThe owner disappeared and left vendors with unpaid invoices that nobody settled. Honestly surprised orders are still getting delivered at all given the state of the company.
This company used to design everything themselves and you'd see the founder working on pieces behind the scenes. I got suspicious when they dropped their 2024 holiday collection and all the promotional shots had the model's head cut off which felt off. Got a bad feeling and ran a reverse image search on the promos. Turns out they come from sites like AliExpress and similar places. They're just buying bulk items from overseas suppliers and marking them up by four hundred percent. Their latest sweatshirt from the collection is being sold all over social shopping platforms for twelve dollars versus the forty or fifty they're charging, using the same exact promotional images. I left a comment and sent them a message on social media asking what's going on and they deleted my comment and left me on read. I'd been with them since 2019 and I cancelled everything. The quality is just not there anymore.
