Their support team has absolutely no accountability and lacks any real skill. Getting responses takes forever, solving problems that need urgent attention drags on indefinitely, and they show zero concern when they mess up and damage your business.
Got a paid business account and it's shocking that they lock basic security features like multi-factor authentication and password requirements behind their premium tiers. I understand keeping advanced security tools for higher plans, but preventing essential protections on lower tier business accounts is a deal breaker. How am I supposed to run a secure business when I can't enforce basic security practices?
This is a scam. I was using a QR code reader for something else and accidentally tapped an advertisement. I clicked on what looked like a 0.01 amount and confirmed without realizing I'd just committed to a ridiculously expensive subscription.
I have three users on the business plan but we're capped at just 1TB. That's not nearly enough for running a business.

The unprofessionalism from every single person I interacted with at this company was absolutely unreal. Starting from the first meeting when a sales person no-showed, to the lack of actual support, ignored emails, and then they charged me even after I tried to cancel during my trial period. They even sent me two cancellation requests that they ignored. Then they had the nerve to tell me a refund was optional rather than something I was entitled to. I was looking for a solution for over 65 people and will never touch this company again.
Complete scammers. I used their service once over the course of a year. Out of nowhere they pulled $990 from my credit card with zero heads up. I contacted them within days of the charge and they told me they can't refund or cancel midterm, even though it had only been three days since the renewal hit. Absolutely infuriating.
Hands down the worst customer service I've experienced. I scheduled a video call with a support representative and they simply didn't show up, gave no advance warning, and offered nothing. When they finally contacted me days later, their excuse about being sick was ridiculous and unconvincing. I asked why they didn't at least let me know instead of leaving me waiting, and I got no response. Six days have passed with zero communication, no attempt to reschedule, nothing. The lack of basic professionalism is honestly unbelievable. All the complaints online should've made them step up their game, but apparently customer courtesy isn't a priority. I'm moving on to find a better service. Totally disrespectful and unacceptable.
