I bought a yearly plan that supposedly included secure file sharing and esignature capabilities. The esignature feature never worked properly and the support team couldn't fix it either. I told them I wasn't renewing when my time was up, but they charged me again anyway and now refuse to give me a refund. They clearly don't value their users. Skip this company.

I'm really satisfied with my experience so far. This is definitely Box cloud storage, which you can verify from the branding. Some of the other reviews here seem to be about something completely different. I use the free tier on my computer plus the mobile app, which gave me 10GB initially and another 5GB once I installed the phone version. It's great for moving files between my devices without dealing with cables anymore. The syncing works quickly and reliably. On my computer it integrates with Windows Explorer so I can easily make folders, move files around, and delete things as needed. I honestly think it works better than Google Drive, and I like that it's not tied to Google.

Really good platform. Clean interface and I really like the Box Sign feature they added. Mobile document scanning works great too.

I've had Box since 2013 when they were giving away 50GB per LG phone login. It's fantastic for storing my mobile files, downloads happen fast, and it handles tons of file types. Plus you can use fingerprint login for easy access. All this on their free plan too. Top security protection. Not sure why people go with Dropbox instead. Hoping they eventually offer a lifetime subscription option.
