This is especially bad for maternity bras when pregnant women are already stressed and can't always guess their size correctly. It's just not right how they treat their customers. If I could leave zero stars, I would.
I ordered underwear and a bra together. After I confirmed the purchase, they told me the bra was out of stock. I asked them to cancel everything but they said it had already been shipped. Since the underwear was on sale for less than the shipping cost, I asked for a refund since I'd be paying more to get the underwear than what it costs and I didn't want it without the matching bra. They said no, even though it was really their fault for shipping an incomplete order in the first place.
Half my order got cancelled and now they won't let me send back what I received, even though it was a matching bra and underwear set. They haven't given me any explanation either.
The actual bras are decent enough, though the sizing runs a bit off from the chart. The strap adjustment slider is weird because it's on the front instead of the back like normal bras, and it digs in when you're moving around. But the real issue is their customer service is awful. I returned two bras in one package and only got refunded for one. I emailed to ask about it and got total silence.
I sent them an email months ago and they never even bothered to respond, which says a lot about how much this company has fallen off. After my surgery, their muse bra was the only one that felt good on me. I had two and stuck with them because everything else hurt. So I ordered two more and was really looking forward to getting them. First one came in and felt totally different, with this weird bulge right in the middle of the chest area. I tried the second one the next day thinking maybe I was wrong, but nope, same problem. I compared them side by side with my original ones and they're clearly not the same bra even though the labels say they are. The old ones have three hooks and the new ones have four. I can't return them since I wore them, so I'll just donate them. Really disappointed with the quality change.
I was really hopeful about this but it didn't work out. The bra I got was supposed to be my size, and I'd been sized professionally just days before I placed my order, so I know my size is right. These bras fit way too tight. They're practically unwearable if you ask me. To top it off, they want me to print my own shipping label like it's still 2010, AND I have to pay to ship back something they're going to sell again. Don't bother spending your money here.
Got something from this company that didn't fit right, so I sent it back the next day using first class mail. I tracked it and it arrived there the day after that. Three weeks go by with no refund even though I've sent emails. I tried calling too but kept getting a message that the number doesn't work from my carrier. Looks like they're basically stealing from customers by not processing their returns.
Got the white nursing bra and I absolutely love it. It's so comfortable and I'm a 32DD wearing the small which is the perfect fit. Wish I'd grabbed this when I first found out I was pregnant instead of waiting until month nine because nothing else has come close to how great this bra feels. Seriously, get one and make your pregnancy way more comfortable with this wireless option.
These products are fantastic. They're really supportive and way better than any other nursing bra I've ever worn. The only downside was that Brexit caused my order to get stuck in the Netherlands before they sent it back, so it took longer than expected. But the company was super responsive when I reached out and switched carriers to get it to me faster the second time. Definitely worth waiting for. The sizing guide nailed it too.
