This happened multiple times. Every time I try to reach out to cancel this mess, I get disconnected. The actual product is fine but I'm done with this company after how they've treated me.
I ordered directly from their site and delivery was quick, but a promotional free item that was supposed to come with my order wasn't in the box. I had to follow up myself to find this out, and they never proactively told me. Customer service just said they ran out of stock and referenced something in the fine print. I understand inventory issues happen, but the lack of communication and no goodwill gesture disappointed me. The actual products are nice but I wouldn't recommend ordering straight from the company because of this experience.
Ordered shampoo and conditioner on February 12th. Same day it supposedly shipped, but it's been stuck at the delivery depot since then. I called this morning asking why it hasn't arrived and learned the package is damaged so it has to go back to them. I have to wait for that whole process before they'll refund me and I can reorder. Why can't they just send me a replacement instead? This is ridiculous. I've already ordered the same products from another company to avoid more delays.
Bought their leave-in seal light and honestly it's a letdown for the price. The only good thing about it is how it smells. I ended up just mailing the product to the Canadian address at my own cost of $18 postage and filed a complaint online. They responded asking for an overwhelming amount of info that should've been in my order already, like scanning the bar code for country of origin and taking pictures. Still waiting to hear back with little hope they'll actually help.

They claimed UPS lost the package but it never even got handed over to them in the first place. Really disappointing all around since they can't seem to manage online orders properly. Buy from somewhere like Sephora instead if you actually want your items to show up.
