When we tried to print our reservation details a week before the trip, we found out it was cancelled with zero explanation. Now they want 50 percent more money for the identical room. We refused to get ripped off by this outfit.
Caesars has really declined over the years, and I'm not alone in thinking this. The properties feel aged, staff don't seem to care, and your host is always swamped. I'm Seven Stars at Caesars and Platinum at MGM, and there's absolutely no comparison. MGM blows them out of the water. Last time I booked a NYE event ticket and got a confirmation email. The day before the event, they suddenly claimed they made an error and cancelled it. Nobody seemed bothered and nothing got fixed. I'm done with Caesars starting in 2026.
My stay at the Flamingo property was disappointing from start to finish. The bartenders, security, and check-in staff all seemed unhappy and unwelcoming. As a diamond plus rewards member with a dozen stays over three years, I've never been able to check in early despite that being listed as a benefit. When I asked, they blamed low occupancy. I never got offered any room upgrades either. I tipped the check-in person 25 dollars hoping for help, he said he'd try, but the room I got was exactly what I booked with nothing special. I spent around 5 thousand dollars over four days just to keep my diamond plus status heading into the new year, and then they told me they were removing my complimentary drinks benefit. Apparently they think it's ridiculous that someone would spend that much money staying here.
Called this morning to purchase Colin Cloud tickets at Harrahs Las Vegas and spoke with Nicki from Caesar's Entertainment. She was fantastic - super friendly, knew her stuff, and actually managed to hook us up with a great discount. Really appreciate the excellent service!
We cancelled a one night NYE reservation at the Blackhawk location the day before within the allowed window with no penalties and got charged 72 dollars on our card anyway. They also wiped out all my diamond plus member points. We're both seniors and don't speak English as fluently, and my wife got sick so we had to cancel. Please reverse the charge and restore my points.

I was there from late September through the 25th. On my first full day, I wanted to relax at the pool and was told it's closed for seasonal maintenance and renovations. Not helpful for my current trip. The only other option was a tiny family pool that couldn't handle a Vegas resort crowd. Meanwhile, other hotels I saw in that same heat had their pools open. The room was dirty and falling apart. My shower had no curtain, soap dispensers were empty, and there was hair on the floor that wasn't mine. Got photos to prove it. It shouldn't be that hard to keep a room clean and provide a decent Vegas experience, especially charging 50 dollars daily in resort fees. I tried reaching customer service through the Caesar's rewards website and never got a response.
I'd rate them lower if I could. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and they can't seem to solve anything. I've been in the rewards program for over a decade and the moment I tried to use the Sportsbook app after it became available in my state, suddenly I couldn't get verified and nobody could help. They just keep saying wait an hour, but I've been waiting nine days for someone to call back about my verification. I've sent the same document four times and they still haven't reviewed it. Caesar's is a joke and I'm taking my loyalty elsewhere. Treating long term customers like garbage is bad business.
