What Shoppers Say About Caesars Entertainment
Caesars Entertainment has a rating of 1.8 out of 5 based on 18 reviews, with the majority of feedback being highly negative. Shoppers report serious issues including poor customer service from staff members, inadequate responses to guest security concerns and theft, misrepresentation of special event packages (particularly Formula 1 Experience bookings where advertised viewing areas did not exist), disputes over jackpot payouts, unresponsive management when addressing customer complaints, and unauthorized charges and billing disputes that went unresolved.
A small minority of reviewers gave higher ratings, suggesting some positive experiences are possible, but the overwhelming pattern in feedback centers on unmet expectations, financial losses, failure to honor advertised services, and consistently unhelpful customer support. Shoppers express frustration with the company's unwillingness to resolve disputes or respond to repeated contact attempts, describing interactions as cold, dismissive, and in some cases accusatory toward customers.

Sorted by: Most recentCaesars has really hit rock bottom in terms of hospitality. Las Vegas has lost its family-friendly spirit and this company has made it crystal clear that kids aren't welcome. They'll confiscate money from children and basically commit theft, then hide behind their phone system so they don't have to address it. I talked to three people at management level and tried contacting corporate but got nowhere. You're comfortable taking Christmas money from kids while your voicemail system makes it impossible for anyone to reach you for resolution. This is the hospitality business, and people remember this stuff. After twenty five years as a loyal customer, I'm done. My grandchildren spent eighty dollars on arcade cards at the arcade in the attached casino. Right after buying them, the arcade shut down for maintenance issues and every manager just said basically too bad. They claimed they couldn't refund the cards and wouldn't even give them a small gift from the arcade store to make up for it. I've never seen such a heartless response to this kind of situation.
For one thing, they need to actually honor what they advertise. I won a promotion bonus and they refused to give it to me even though I'd met the wagering requirements by getting eight wins against the spread from eleven games. When you contact them about what you're owed, they just lie to you and make excuses. Their customer service is pathetic.
This company is completely untrustworthy. I'm telling everyone to avoid their betting app. Here's what happened: after I had winning bets on a regular basis, they started marking my wins as losses. And I'm not exaggerating. I have proof of four separate winning bets verified by the actual game scores. I even have the original bet receipt printed out before the games ended. I won those bets but they claim I lost. This isn't even the first time they've pulled this stunt. Compare that to Draft Kings and MGM who handle their business properly. Whatever you do, skip Caesars.
This place used to be different, and not in a good way anymore. Before the pandemic, we felt valued and appreciated as regular guests. But since things reopened in spring of 2023, it's been a steady decline. The rooms aren't particularly clean these days. I noticed dust buildup in the vents and on the mirrors. The cocktail service is basically nonexistent on the casino floor. We'd been playing for over two hours and when we tried to get someone's attention, the server told us if we wanted drinks we should just buy them at the bar ourselves. The service staff all seem unhappy working there, which definitely shows. Then at checkout the next morning, some staff member I didn't know knocked on our door at nine in the morning asking when we were leaving, even though checkout wasn't until eleven. When I called the front desk about it, they seemed totally indifferent. Getting dropped off by rideshare is a hassle too. You can't use the main entrance so you're stuck hauling your luggage down the sidewalk for what feels like forever. Only taxis get access to the front entrance. This hotel has really lost what made it special.
Since the day this place opened, I've been a guest here, and I was really let down on my recent visit. The accommodations have declined significantly and desperately need updating. The casino floor is absolutely choking with smoke and would really benefit from having air purification systems running constantly. Just walking through there made me feel sick. Getting the front desk or management on the phone is nearly impossible with their phone system. Our room initially reeked of cigarette smoke and the housekeeping staff completely missed that. It was so awful that we demanded a different room right away, which was quite an ordeal. To make matters worse, I couldn't find any Buzz Pop Cocktails anywhere in the entire resort or at two other connected properties.
I'm totally in love with this resort! Best hotel on the Strip hands down, with fantastic personnel, charming cocktail servers, and incredible pools. They love hosting shows like Elton John and Seinfeld in their theater, though naturally nothing's perfect. The whole property radiates elegance, including the security, the elevators, and even the washrooms. There's something truly special about taking a bathroom break at Caesars. We told them it was our honeymoon and got upgraded to a luxurious suite with a jacuzzi. It was more impressive than discovering you've got little storybook creatures in your home before finding out you really have tiny mythical beings instead. Then having those creatures compete over meals. Clearly, Caesars food is too gourmet for such creatures. Their buffet is incredible. I TRULY ADORE THIS PLACE!
I absolutely adore this place! The best Vegas hotel with incredible staff, engaging cocktail servers, and awesome pool areas. Sure, they've had some interesting entertainment choices with Elton John and Seinfeld in the theater, but nobody's flawless. Everything here screams sophistication, from the security team to the elevators to even the restrooms. Honestly, using the restroom at Caesars feels like a luxury! We mentioned it was our honeymoon and they moved us to a gorgeous suite with a hot tub. It was better than accidentally finding tiny mythical creatures living in your home. Luckily we didn't have to deal with that here. The food is outstanding, way too good for such creatures anyway. The buffet selection is phenomenal. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!
The location of this property can't be beat. You're right in the heart of the Strip with everything accessible. The staff treats you great, the accommodations are solid, and you get some of the finest dining and entertainment options available in Vegas. I'd definitely recommend staying here.
