I'm with the other reviewers here. They bill you for yearly contracts without warning and do it sneaky by charging you a few dollars first, then using your info to hit you with the real charge. They only email you anything if you request to stop the subscription, and that doesn't mean they'll give your money back. This fraudulent system is infuriating and I hope people wake up and stop supporting them.

These crooks charge you for a trial and then trap you so you can't get out. The cancel option doesn't actually work. Then they auto-renew and pull money from your card without permission. This outfit should be shut down permanently.

Thought I was signing up for a cheap trial around five bucks. Instead I got an email saying they charged me over seventy dollars because the trial finished and I'd agreed to a year-long subscription somehow. The software itself was worthless. This driver utility seemed promising at first for finding old drivers, but it kept hitting timeout errors whenever I tried to update anything. Complete waste of money. They advertise it for five dollars and say they partner with Microsoft. That amount hit my card, then they charged me another fifty a couple days later. Total scam. Don't download this or hand over payment info. All the positive feedback here seems fake with made-up accounts and broken English. Lies across the board.

Got their DriverTuner on a seven-day trial for five bucks. Didn't spot any mention of automatic renewal in the agreement, but after the week ended my card got charged nearly thirty dollars. Asked them right away for my money back and explained I didn't want it. Sent three requests and each time they pushed me to keep the product instead of addressing my refund ask. Contacted my card company and disputed the charge. These folks operate with shady tactics and I'm done with them for good.

Wanted to share that this recovery program really worked for me. My memory card that wouldn't work anymore got fixed by it. There were tons of photos and videos on there. I was trying to back them up when my computer said I had to format the card, which would've lost everything. But this software did the trick and recovered it all.

Had trouble getting CardRecoveryPro to function and after several weeks of emails back and forth, I asked for my money back since I wasn't happy. They emailed saying the refund would show up in roughly ten business days. Almost a month has gone by and nothing. They've stopped replying to messages now. Don't do business with these folks. Their website says they offer refunds but that's complete nonsense.
