Sony's website directed me to get a driver from Lionsea. Bought what they suggested but it never worked. They kept trying different versions and nothing helped. Since I wasn't getting what I paid for, I asked for a refund. Instead they offered me some card recovery tool. Why would I want more software from a company whose first product failed? After way too many back-and-forths I'm still waiting for my refund.

Got their SD card recovery program and had major issues. The file wouldn't even download properly. Getting responses from them took forever through email. They eventually said they'd give my money back but I'm still waiting a month later. Skip this company entirely!

Don't buy from Lion Sea Software. I've been stuck in endless emails with them about their refund policy and they won't follow through. I've found tons of similar complaints online. This company operates from China and doesn't stand behind anything they promise.
