Sent them an email and they claimed the weight was right and told me to file a UPS complaint. Called them up and got the same excuse, but the package was sealed when it arrived! That's shady.
Be careful ordering from them. No matter what you pick, they substitute it with something completely different that didn't sell, and you're stuck with it. Lost almost ninety bucks on a bad order.
The last box I got was poor quality. I tried complaining but was told it was past the 30 day window so they wouldn't help. I've spent thousands of dollars with these guys over the years. Plus their rewards program is disappointing.

These people are con artists. Signed up for an account and got an email right away promoting free shipping on orders over fifty bucks. Built a seventy five dollar order and at checkout there was a shipping fee. Used their chat system and the person said I was wrong about the free shipping offer. I copied and pasted the exact promotion email to them and they claimed I was confusing them with a different online cigar place. Ridiculous. I closed my account immediately. Here's the best part though: within a day I got bombarded with 25 spam emails daily using an email address I only use for sketchy companies. Avoid them completely. Even if they were honest, their prices beat local shops anyway. Did I mention they're con artists?
