Stay away from them completely. There are tons of other options out there. I should have researched before placing my order with them.
I'm only giving two stars because they do have a decent variety. Otherwise, they mess up orders constantly and won't even respond to confirm what you bought. Placed two recent orders and the first one had errors. They said the promotion I used wasn't available anymore, even though I ordered everything correctly. My second order was supposed to arrive next day but wasn't even acknowledged for two days. When I called, they said they could ship it the next day, which would have been six days total from when I needed it. This company is poorly run and just riding the popularity wave of the cigar industry. Don't give them your money.
Used this company many times but got burned on my latest shipment. When I was placing my order, I talked to a sales rep who told me about a same-day promotion. Buy a box of 25 Bacarat cigars and get 5 free ones plus a lighter. I took the deal, but neither the free cigars nor the lighter showed up. When I called customer service, the rep said he had no knowledge of any such promo. I know what happened on that call, and it felt like a bait and switch to push the bigger sale. I'm disappointed by their practices and won't be ordering again or recommending them to anyone. They tell you one thing and do another.
