Amazing customer service experience! The level of support here is honestly comparable to what you'd find at a luxury department store. My son really enjoys his individualized coding sessions, and I've had to change our schedule at the last minute more than once. They made it super easy to rearrange things both times. The actual courses are decent enough, but they charge your card without permission and then ignore your messages when you try to get answers. I'd steer clear honestly.

This company makes it impossible to actually stop your subscription and is essentially unreachable. I requested a cancellation back in spring of 2023 but they kept charging me long after that. It's a scam with terrible support. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to spend your money.

The platform feels thrown together in a rush and is clearly designed to extract money without delivering real value. Instructors drone on way too long with unnecessary metaphors and abstract explanations. You can't just lecture endlessly about programming concepts and expect a 9 year old to magically understand when you throw in analogies about filing systems. Kids need to see code working in real time to actually grasp it. Instead they get bored, confused, and upset. If your child doesn't have the patience to suffer through lengthy videos and a buggy interface, they'll give up. The startup code their app generates for Minecraft modding doesn't even line up with what you see in the tutorials. For a 60 dollar course that was originally 100, that's a pretty rough value.
