Like others on here, going through returns is a scam. I got charged an outrageous amount for taxes and fees, double charges for return shipping and handling, because shoes that were supposed to be a certain size came in a full size smaller than standard sizing in both Europe and America. The customer service rep was based overseas and just stonewalled me with "sorry, company policy" over and over. I used to know Coldwater back when they had actual stores and stood for quality. Now I know better. I'm never shopping there again. Stay away and save yourself.
I placed an order online on the first of March and none of the products indicated they were backordered. It's now late March and everything still hasn't gone out. I was originally told everything would ship by the 6th. When I called to cancel, they wouldn't let me.

Now it's late March, one item shipped and the other is still being processed. Plus they've put several credit card holds on my account for way more than what I actually paid. The all-weather coat I received had terrible stitching on the lining. Multiple seams came unraveled in different spots and there's no way to fix it. I barely wore it a couple times and never washed it. I tried emailing the company but got no reply. When I called, they said since it was past 60 days they wouldn't replace it. They also rejected my request for just a replacement lining. For the price I paid, the service was really disappointing.
Ordered ladies pants back in early December and still waiting as of late February. When I got in touch with their support team, they let me know the item is backordered and won't leave the warehouse until mid-March. I told them to cancel it. I also asked where it was manufactured and the rep said he couldn't provide that info. This company won't be getting my business again.
I paid for 3 day shipping and it's already day 4, with the package not arriving for another week at least. They did refund $20 of the shipping cost, but I'm not ordering from them again. The holiday gift I needed won't get there on time. Not satisfied.
