I used to depend on Coldwater for clothes that were well made and stylish. After their reorganization a few years back, getting orders delivered turned into a headache. Still, I tried to stick with them because the actual clothing is good. The decision to keep using an unreliable shipper and charge significantly more than competitors doesn't make sense. After repeated delivery setbacks and unfulfilled promises, I'm officially done. I'm tired of nice customer service reps apologizing to me. After several years, the company should have fixed their shipping problems by now. Learning about the 2020 restructuring and the overseas ownership explains a lot. Really unfortunate how this brand has changed.
Coldwater used to be my go-to for quality and design. After their 2020 restructuring though, delivery became a disaster. I stayed loyal because I really liked the clothes. But their choice to work with unreliable carriers and charge way more than competitors is confusing to me. After more shipping problems and broken promises, I'm finally walking away. The customer service reps are nice but saying sorry for five years straight doesn't fix anything. Their 2020 restructuring makes more sense now that I know they got bought by an overseas company. Sad to see them go downhill like this.

The apparel seems decent enough, but after returning an order for fit issues, they charged me for joining a loyalty club that I never asked for. That's shady business practice. You order and they automatically sign you up. This company isn't trustworthy.
The products themselves could be fine, but I had to return something due to sizing issues. What happened next is I was charged for a membership I didn't opt into. That's sketchy. Place an order and suddenly you're a member. Not a reliable business to shop at.
The clothes might be okay, but I returned some items because of sizing problems. After I sent them back, I got charged for a membership program I never signed up for. They're being deceptive about it. You make a purchase and somehow you're automatically enrolled. This isn't a company you can trust.
Placed my order early November and it showed up mid-November. I felt the delivery was slower than it should be considering I paid for shipping. The box it came in looked beautiful. The actual item though is low quality and flimsy. The color matched perfectly. Since it's a light jacket I'm not returning it because I'd have to cover the shipping. There are definitely better companies that don't charge you to send things back.
Ordered in early November and got it mid-November. Shipping seems slow when you're the one paying for it. The presentation was great. Unfortunately the garment quality is subpar and thin material. The shade was accurate. It's a lightweight jacket that I'm keeping since paying to send it back doesn't make sense. Plenty of other retailers don't charge for returns.
