Ordered a light jacket in early November and received it mid-November. The shipping time felt slow considering customers are paying for shipping. The packaging itself was nice. But the actual jacket is poorly made and really thin. The color came out right though. I'm not returning it since I'd have to pay for that. Too many other companies out there that offer free returns anyway.

Be careful out there with phony Coldwater Creek advertisements and knockoff sites. A lot of these scam operations are coming from overseas. I placed what I thought was a legitimate order but it turned out to be fraudulent. Currently working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. This wasn't actually the real Coldwater Creek company, which is otherwise a legitimate business.
