Tiff’s Treats Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Tiff’s Treats
Tiff's Treats receives polarized feedback from shoppers, with ratings split sharply between five-star and one-star reviews. Satisfied customers praise the warm delivery experience, attractive presentation with gift packaging, fast and reliable delivery, and the quality and taste of the cookies themselves, often noting they arrive still warm from the oven. However, dissatisfied reviewers report significant issues including bland cookie flavor comparable to mass-market brands, non-functional promotional codes that fail to apply despite being sent via email, complete order failures with no delivery and unresponsive customer service, and cookies arriving flat with flavors that blend together unappealingly.
The core complaint centers on value for the price point, with some shoppers questioning why they would pay for delivery when they could purchase similar-tasting cookies from big box retailers. Customer service appears to be a notable weak point, with reports of multiple follow-up attempts going unanswered and difficulty reaching support. The delivery and presentation aspects receive consistent praise, but these strengths do not offset poor experiences with product quality and customer responsiveness for dissatisfied customers.

Sorted by: Most recentGot offered a chance to order cookies from here. Sure, it's convenient that they warm everything up, but honestly the flavor is underwhelming and tastes pretty basic. Reminds me of the cookies you grab at a big box store. For what they're charging, I'd rather just get cookies from somewhere like Costco and heat them myself. Just doesn't seem worth the money.
Promotional codes never seem to work for me. I receive discount code emails regularly, but whenever I attempt to apply them during the valid timeframe using the mobile app as instructed, they keep getting rejected. Really frustrating and misleading advertising.
A friend surprised me with two dozen assorted cookies from Tiff's Treats and wow, I was amazed! They arrived in such a nice box with a bow, greeting card, and this adorable yellow smiley balloon. The box was still warm when I opened it. The cookies were literally still warm like they just came out of the oven. There was such a great mix like chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and so many flavors I kept eating more and more! The delivery driver was really sweet too, had this genuine smile like he was just as thrilled delivering them as I was to receive them. Since it was freezing outside, getting these warm homemade-tasting treats was exactly what I needed. Honestly it felt like I had baked them myself but without all the hassle. Really impressed with everything about this experience.
The company kept reaching out to me multiple times saying I should try their cookie delivery service. So I finally placed an order. I was excited to get them, got a confirmation email from a representative, but then nothing. No delivery ever showed up and nobody ever responded to follow-ups. Unfortunately I also couldn't leave feedback through other review platforms.
I've placed several orders with them across different locations and their deliveries are consistently fast and reliable. But honestly, what's the point of speedy delivery if the cookies aren't amazing? That's where Tiff's really shines though. The cookies are FANTASTIC. They come out large, warm, and incredibly tasty. Everyone who's gotten them from me, whether at my workplace or family gatherings, absolutely raves about them. I'm completely loyal to this place and won't buy from anyone else.
Honestly, I've never experienced worse customer support from any company. I decided to try them based on all the hype and was completely let down by what arrived. The cookies ended up being flat, the flavors blended together oddly, and they tasted like generic store-brand cookies you'd find in any supermarket freezer. Plus, I had to send FOUR separate emails asking to cancel the subscription service I'd purchased before they even got back to me, and when they finally did respond, they only gave me a partial refund. Can't figure out why this place gets such good reviews when the actual product is pretty mediocre.
