They only give you 10 days from when you receive something to send it back, which is unrealistic for most people dealing with everything going on. To make matters worse, there's no phone number to call if you have questions.
Don't buy from this place. I ordered two dresses in different sizes and returned one within 3 days of getting them. I emailed Returns three times. Two months later I still don't have my refund. I see other reviews saying this is normal because they keep changing return systems and you should expect bad customer service. Their rating with the BBB shows they're unreliable. This is a scam.
Still waiting for my refund on a returned item. They were helpful at first but then completely disappeared. Super sketchy and don't trust them.
