This is a complete disaster. Ordering from Italy is problematic and they're totally unhelpful with UK sizing. They sent me the wrong sizes and now I'm paying to send them back. Do yourself a favor and don't order from this website!
HEADS UP - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND - Consider Alpinestars instead. As someone who's been riding sports bikes for 25 years, I can tell you this was a really frustrating experience. I bought an expensive pair of textile gloves from their store, and they fell apart after a few wears - the seams just ripped. When I tried to get customer service to help, they basically didn't care. The shop is over 1200 miles away and they made it clear they weren't interested in helping. All I wanted was a simple exchange.
This smart jacket is a nightmare to set up and connect. Getting it linked to the app is basically impossible. One of the gas connector wires was tucked away behind the battery where I couldn't see it. The jacket I received looks nothing like the one shown in the setup instructions. Why would they make this require advanced technical knowledge and engineering skills just to use the product?

Way too expensive for what you're getting. This is just another Italian brand that got swallowed up by big American corporations chasing profit. The equipment is basically the same as what everyone else is selling out there. You're paying for the Italian label on gear that could come from anywhere.
