I ordered 4 shirts but got 2 delivered while UPS couldn't get anyone to sign for the other 2, so they were returned. When I called about this, I got a super rude rep who acted like I was trying to scam them just because I mentioned the shirts would come back and hoped for a refund on the $85. The guy got defensive when I pushed back and literally hung up on me. Second call got the same person, claimed to be the manager, and proceeded to insult me while telling me I'd get my money back. Fast forward and it's been about a month since the order, UPS confirmed delivery on August 10th, and here we are in early September with zero refund despite 7 emails and 3 phone calls. I even filed a BBB complaint and got nothing. This direct Dainese order is a nightmare. Don't bother ordering from these people - their staff is incompetent and the service is appalling. I seriously doubt I'll ever see that money.
