Sorted by: Most recentDisappointing. More than a few times they've failed to arrive with our order, cancelled last minute, or left us hanging past 50 minutes only to cancel without showing. We're done with them. They charge way more than the actual restaurant but somehow still botch the delivery.
Terrible experience. On multiple occasions over 3 times, they simply didn't show up with the food or cancelled at the last second. We ended up waiting longer than 50 minutes just to get notified about a cancellation or the driver never appearing. Not ordering from them again. The prices are already 25% higher than going direct to the restaurant, and they still can't manage to get deliveries right.
Complete disaster. The order got left on the porch without any knock or bell ring even though we were right by the entrance. I only found out it had shown up when the app bragged about how fast they delivered it. The meal was ice cold and super pricey. Then you realize there's basically no way to file a complaint aside from sending an email (which I did but got zero response). Somehow found a phone number through Google that turned out to be an overseas support center. Needless to say not much help there, though at least the person got their English practice in. Just avoid them.
This isn't actually a food delivery service. It's a ripoff machine. My pizza vanished. The app claimed it got delivered at 1 in the morning but the restaurant closed at 11 so where was it sitting for those 2 hours? Why didn't they just leave it at my door like everyone else gets? Their support is useless. They just say no refund because their tracker shows delivered. Total nonsense. Must be some kind of front for something shady because they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction. SAVE YOUR CASH AND TIME.
Got takeout from a Chinese place through the app and waited over 2 hours. I called to check on my order and they said they'd contact the driver to rush it. Then the driver calls me asking for my code over the phone which seemed weird since normally they show up and ask in person, but I assumed it was a new policy so I gave it to him. He said it was already delivered even though he never came by. I called back and explained I didn't get anything and asked about a refund or store credit, but they refused since their system showed delivered. I mentioned the driver requested the code by phone but didn't actually drop it off, and they wouldn't help. I asked them to ring the driver to see where he left it and they said they tried but he didn't pick up. So not only did I not receive the food, I also didn't get my money back or credit, and it cost me nearly $57. The customer service was absolutely infuriating especially since I've been ordering regularly.
Not great. Got our meal after 2.5 hours. It was soggy and cold. They should upgrade how orders get processed so restaurants can't accept orders when there aren't enough drivers on the road. If I was running the restaurant I'd be concerned because this reflects badly on your business too.
This company is a total scam! They sent the wrong order and refused to swap it out or anything. I never even requested a refund, I asked them to take the incorrect order back and bring what I actually paid for. Instead they kept my money and didn't deliver what I purchased.
Fantastic experience. Arrival was punctual and the driver was respectful. The meal stayed hot the whole time. Loved my first go around. Totally satisfied.
