Food never showed and there was zero compensation for messing up. I'm aware the refund takes at minimum five business days anyway. Seems like they're fine taking the cash regardless of the situation, just padding their numbers even if the restaurant is shut down. This is ridiculous. The company won't last long. Find another service.
Marking deliveries complete just to look good. The drivers constantly claim they've dropped off the food, then roll up 20 minutes afterward to make their stats look better. What bothers me most is knowing they pull this trick all the time. I'm an idiot for coming back but this time I'm done for good. Even with their new tracking system they've found a workaround somehow. This is the third time this has happened.
Booked the night before so I wouldn't stress about food for a business meeting. They said it would arrive between 12 and 12:30. They already took the cash. At 11:45 I saw no movement from the restaurant. Called them and got no answer. Tried to get hold of the company but there's no direct contact. Sent an urgent email. Called the restaurant again and surprise, they don't even partner with this delivery app. So the order was impossible from the start. Sent another email at noon and again at 12:10. Meanwhile I'm scrambling to find food for 13 people. At 12:45 they finally email saying the restaurant cancelled. That's a lie. It was never possible to begin with. They claim the charge will come off within a few business days. Over $200 that they absolutely should not have charged and had hours to catch the problem, instead blaming the restaurant while refusing to take any responsibility or apologize for their mess. They didn't even respond until far too late. AVOID THEM COMPLETELY.
FRAUD ALERT. Be careful. I didn't even place an order with them but they charged my card $49. They don't even operate in my neighborhood. I've phoned twice and sent multiple emails asking for the money back. After 2 months still nothing. Phone support is useless. They're ripping people off! DO NOT use this.
