My order is currently stuck in transit with no updates. USPS is saying they never got it. When you want to reach out about what's happening with your purchase, you have to set up an account in their third party support system. Even after doing that, I've been waiting 4 days with zero response to my inquiry.

I've been a customer for about 2 and a half years, and things started off decent enough. But over the last year or so, quality has really gone downhill. Almost every single order has at least one product that doesn't function properly or fails completely. When items do work, they're fine, but I've noticed that especially with their clearance section, failures are really common. I just grabbed one of their 7 gram devices for the first time and it was totally broken right out of the box. Total waste of money. After looking around, I haven't seen them recommended anywhere on any quality lists. I've switched to another company and would honestly tell anyone thinking about ordering to stay away.

They really don't seem to value their customers at all. The rewards program they advertise is essentially fake. You can get $10 off or thirty percent off whichever is smaller, but not both on a single purchase. You also can't combine it with coupon codes, so the whole thing is pretty pointless.

I placed an order, my card got charged immediately, and I got an order confirmation right away. Then I got emails about fraud checks asking me to verify the order, so I confirmed. Ten days pass with no tracking info and nothing ships. I opened a support ticket and got back a really short response saying my order got flagged for suspicious activity and didn't go through. That didn't stop them from charging my card though. This is probably going to require a chargeback, which I've never had to do before. Their phone line's voicemail is full so you can't even leave a message. Getting an email response takes three to four days after you submit a ticket. This operation is sketchy, unprofessional, and shady. Fair warning to anyone thinking about buying here.
