This place is operating like a scam. I put in an order and got the confirmation email, but almost a week goes by with nothing happening and nobody from customer service reaches out. I tried messaging them through social media and they told me all orders get sent out within 3 days, then said to email support instead. After I told them I already had emailed, they blocked me. Thankfully I used a credit card because I'm going to dispute the charge and get my money back.
This was my first order from them and ran into problems right away. Everything took way too long to arrive and they shorted me an item. Nobody from their support team got back to me and it's been weeks at this point. I'm accepting the loss, but I definitely won't be ordering from this place again.
Total scam. I ordered ten days ago and the only email I got was on order day saying they were working on it. When you call, you just get a voicemail on what sounds like a personal cell phone. This company rebranded from their old name and what they're doing is sketchy. They're repackaging old disposable vape pens from the old brand into new packaging with old oil that's clearly different in quality, which sounds like fraud to me. The older pens have murky yellow liquid while the new stuff is clearer and better quality. It seems like a total ripoff and I actually have photos showing the difference. I'm reporting this to the proper authorities so hopefully they can clean up this industry and protect people. I can't trust this company moving forward and I'd stay away from them.
