This company is a complete circus! They call my number EVERY SINGLE DAY despite my repeated requests to stop. They have my phone but it's connected to someone else's account. I'd give negative stars if possible. This whole operation is a joke. Everyone I speak with promises to fix it but nothing changes.

Fantastic experience! Then in January, I reached Jose on another call and he confirmed everything was set. What a relief to have clear communication and genuine customer service. Both reps were professional, understood me perfectly, and made this process genuinely smooth. Seriously impressive work from both of them!
I actually didn't work with Direct Energy directly. Instead I went through a broker called United Energy to find my plan and it's working great. I got my business set up last August and locked in a rate of eight cents per kilowatt hour while my neighbors are paying twelve cents. If you do decide to go with Direct Energy, try working through a broker like United Energy because they make the whole thing much more manageable.
