I own a puffer jacket with matching vest that I've had for two years and I genuinely adore it. The construction is solid and the fit is perfect in my usual XL. Recently I tried ordering several new puffer jackets to replace the old one, but they're just not fitting right anymore. The sleeves are positioned way too high up near my shoulders, which creates this bunching effect across my chest whenever I unzip the outer jacket but keep the inner vest zipped up.

Skip this brand entirely. They dangle welcome discounts to collect your information, but the promotional codes simply don't work and customer support won't honor them. After waiting weeks without meaningful responses, a supervisor assured me of a 20% discount and promised to call back to sort things out. That call never happened, she wouldn't address my questions about import charges, and then disappeared completely. It's obvious this company doesn't care about customers outside the US. I've decided to stop shopping with them and have filed a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agency regarding their deceptive marketing tactics. This is supposed to be an upscale brand yet they operate with the worst kind of business practices. Take your dollars somewhere else.

Got a jacket during holiday sales. It showed as available when I bought it and for days afterward, but they just never shipped it. A month later they cancelled my order without any explanation. I'm never shopping there again.

I placed an order online and it never showed up. After waiting around two weeks, I checked on what was happening with my purchase. They told me they had already cancelled it themselves. This seems really off to me. I'm unsure whether they're even going to refund my payment.

Ordered a black t-shirt with pink glitter that supposedly was size XXL but it fits like a small. Compared it against other tees and the sizing is completely wrong. The material itself is paper-thin like something you'd buy at a discount market. It's way too short and snug on me. It looks like cheap junk that will barely fit a kid. They need to stop producing this garbage and quit deceiving customers. There's no way to upload photos to show how bad the quality really is.

I purchased a handbag as a present in early November. It's now late December and still hasn't shown up. Their delivery service must be moving at a snail's pace because they're telling me I'll get it in another couple weeks. If you can't handle managing online orders, don't be in business. I would never purchase from them again. I ended up buying from another retailer and got my gift delivered in just two days.

Really frustrated with how this company operates. I ordered a coat and paid extra for expedited delivery since I'm relocating internationally. A few days later I found out it's on backorder but nobody notified me about this. I'm hoping they actually process the cancellation and send my refund through. Totally let down and probably won't shop with them in the future.

Don't even try. I bought something right before the holidays. Haven't heard a peep from the store. It's been about two weeks and I just got a message from my payment processor saying my refund was approved. They never explained what happened. Total letdown.

This outfit is a disaster on all fronts, especially when it comes to shipping and support. For a luxury retailer, their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I got a notification this morning showing it in a different location. I really don't understand what's happening. This was my first time ordering from this designer and it'll be my last. Even big box retailers provide better service.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this retailer. I bought from them two weeks ago thinking I was getting awesome early holiday deals, but now I'm wondering if I just got ripped off. Two weeks have gone by with no updates even though the charge has definitely come out of my account. I really wish I'd read these reviews first before spending money. You should really reconsider before ordering anything from here.
