When I reached out to their support team with all my info, they didn't even read my message and just gave me a generic response about the standard 10-day processing window. After I pointed out it had already been longer than that, they said they'd manually process it and that would need another 10 days. Still nothing. No refund showed up and no one from their team followed up, even though they keep badgering me for feedback surveys they never read. It's clear they don't care about customers and seem determined to hang onto your money for as long as they can get away with it. Completely disappointed by their service and won't be ordering directly from them again.
The customer service here is horrible. I haven't gotten any return confirmation, can't reach anyone through email or phone, and it's been over three weeks since they got my return with still no refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to handle it myself. I'm baffled at how they continue to operate this way in the United States.
Terrible customer service and dishonest practices! I made a purchase in May, and when I tried to place another order in June, I had some questions about the fabric. I tried calling but nobody would pick up. I sent emails with no response. I even posted on their Facebook page asking for help and got ignored. So I never completed that second purchase. What's worse is they told the BBB they never got my emails, but I still have all three of them saved. This is unacceptable.
Three weeks have passed since I placed my dress order and still haven't gotten it. I tried calling customer service and was told that due to staffing issues, all communication has to go through email, but those emails never get answered. My order is just floating out there somewhere. This is the worst customer service experience I've had. I absolutely will not be ordering from DVF ever again.
The physical store seems to have basically no inventory. Every season I've visited, the selection is disappointingly small.
Don't bother ordering from this place! The customer service is absolutely terrible and a waste of your money. The actual quality of what you get isn't even good. I bought a blouse over a year ago. The sleeve split the first time I wore it. When I contacted customer service, they did absolutely nothing. No refund, no replacement, nothing at all! Just don't risk it!!!
