I purchased Aisha Espadrille Wedge Sandals in size 8.5 medium, almond brown from EasySpirit.com. Three weeks after getting them, I wore them for the first time and the sole just came loose from the upper part. Same day I contacted their customer service with pictures. A week went by with nothing. After calling twice they asked for more pictures. Now they're saying it's been over a month since delivery so their 30-day return window is closed, and they're only offering a gift card. Easy Spirit won't admit responsibility for their defective product. This shouldn't be treated as a return - this is a quality issue. They need to own up to it. The product quality is really poor and their business practices are even worse. It's basically a scam. I want my money back.

As someone who's been buying from them for a long time, I've always loved their shoes. But recently I got a pair that didn't fit and didn't match the picture on their website. Looking at their easy return policy, I realized I wouldn't get back my 10-dollar shipping charge, and I'd have to pay 6.95 extra to return them. I'm just donating these shoes and I won't be ordering from Easy Spirit online anymore.

Got my order and one pair came in the wrong size. I've been really happy with Easy Spirit in the past and never had issues returning items. This time, they wouldn't let me do a simple exchange for the correct size. I was okay with paying for the return, but there was no store nearby and I would've had to drive 160 miles total just to return them. It ended up being way too much hassle for one pair of shoes, so I'm just giving them away instead. I'm seriously reconsidering ordering from them again. Really let down by this experience. Easy Spirit used to be my go-to for shoes, and I hate that things have changed.

I've owned four pairs of these shoes. One pair didn't fit quite right but that's on my feet, not the shoes. I really love them overall. My feet have a lot of issues and these are the only shoes I've found that actually work for me without causing pain. I feel bad for people who had bad experiences, but that hasn't been my situation.

These On Cue shoes are fantastic! Right out of the box they felt amazing. I bought them for a month-long Europe trip and ended up wearing them every single day without thinking about it.
