Never got my refund. I emailed and called multiple times - just got an auto-recorded message telling me to email. After lots of back and forth, they denied the refund because they said I wore them outside, even though they were too small. Eventually after months of dealing with this they gave me half my money back. Not going back.
Watch out before you buy! I placed an order and it never shipped. When I called customer service, they told me to just wait 14 days and call back. If I hadn't received it by then they'd give me a credit. That's their idea of handling this? What about actually looking into my order in the meantime? This company is terrible. I will absolutely never buy from them again.
Really mad and frustrated here! I tried applying a coupon code I got from a Shop Today special. The website keeps rejecting it and saying what I picked isn't eligible. There's no explanation or details about what would actually work with the code.
I put in an order on January 25th. About an hour and ten minutes later I noticed something went wrong - when I was browsing different colors of the same shoe, it somehow changed my size from 8.5 to a 5. It was late at night so I immediately emailed their customer service. By 10 am the next day I hadn't heard anything, so I called. The rep told me it was too late and I only had one hour from placing the order to make changes or cancel. But the shoes didn't even ship for four more days after that. Why would they refuse to change the size if it hasn't shipped yet? This was supposed to be a gift for my sister and now she has to deal with going to a return location instead of just receiving a nice gift. On top of that they charged me 9.99 for shipping to me and another 6.95 to send it back. All because their website messed up and didn't keep my size when I just wanted to see a different color. I know I should've double-checked, but with today's technology there should be an easy way for them to modify an order before it ships.
I ordered size 9.5 in extra wide WW and there's no way the sizing is right. I think they might've actually sent me an 8.5 instead. Just a frustrating experience overall. Also, if you give them your email address, prepare to get bombarded with messages from Easy Spirit constantly.
I'd rate this zero stars if possible. I clicked on the 50% off offer, found some booties I liked, picked my size and color, and the page showed the discount being applied. It didn't actually apply at checkout though, and they absolutely refused to give me the discount. Don't waste your money on this company.
I've been buying their travel clogs for years now. Over the last several years I've noticed their sizing keeps changing. I usually order 8.5 wide but sometimes have to get 9 wide, and even then they're not consistent with each other. After wearing their shoes for over 20 years, I guess I need to find something new which is disappointing.
The quality is not good. I got these wedges in September and by November they were falling apart. I only wear them once weekly. I posted a negative review on their site and it never showed up. It seems like all the reviews they display on there are made up.
