I ordered something in early November and still haven't received it. The tracking just says not shipped or handed over to carrier with no real updates. I can't figure out how to reach anyone at the company to find out what's happening. This used to be my favorite brand but they're becoming really unreliable. Very disappointed.

They weren't responding at all. After my second attempt, suddenly the package showed up as shipped and delivered, which makes no sense. There's no way to file a complaint or request a refund easily. Something about this whole situation feels off and fraudulent.
Absolutely terrible. This brand has the worst customer service I've encountered. I spent 250 pounds on an item and after one wash it had a hole in it. When I contacted them about the defect, they essentially told me they weren't interested. Don't waste your money on this brand.
Their email change policy is incredibly frustrating. Option one is to unsubscribe from marketing emails and lose your perks, but you'll still get transaction emails on an address you don't want to use. They call this changing your email. Option two is creating a completely new account with a new address, which means losing your entire purchase history and all the rewards from hundreds of dollars of previous purchases. Eileen Fisher is the only company I know that can't simply swap one email for another on an existing account. It's ridiculous. The clothing quality gets two stars, but tech support gets zero. If you need to change your email, you're stuck.
