The stores in London are excellent. Great service and fantastic products. Prices are steep but I always take advantage of their sales where you can get things for much less. Everything I've purchased has been excellent quality. I really appreciate their commitment to sustainable fabrics.
Their returns process is practically non-existent. Calls go unanswered. Emails get automated responses. The chat support is useless. It's been over a month and my return hasn't been processed. When I chat with someone, they blame everything on staff shortages, yet they keep processing new orders just fine. They give you a smart return label but your package sits at the post office waiting for their agent to pick it up, and you have no idea when that will happen. I can't get any updates on whether I'll actually get my refund. This has apparently been an issue since 2018, so it's not a recent problem. I'm considering having my bank investigate the charges.
