They want $70 to send 40 invitations online. Show your pricing upfront instead of letting people spend an hour building something only to find out the cost is way too high and have to start over somewhere else for a fraction of the price. Yes, that's about 90% cheaper with another service. The high price isn't even my main complaint. Just be honest about it before people waste their time on your site.
I created an invitation for 84 people and 54 of them never got it. I tried removing and re-adding them one at a time, which helped a few, but the problem kept happening with many others. When I reached out for help, all they told me was to delete those people and just email them a link myself. That's not what I paid for. This whole thing has been a nightmare. Another issue is that about 25% of the responses to our invitations never actually showed up in our list, and at least 10% of people got their event reminders on the night of the event itself, or sometimes even after.
