Grabbed F-secure but it didn't end up being what I needed. Getting a response about their 30-day money back guarantee took a while, but once they got moving, they processed the full refund without any hassle. Everything worked out in the end.
Reluctantly giving one star just to proceed. I've been fighting for months to cancel this because it let through inappropriate content and then blocked all my legitimate payment attempts, including donations. Finally, a kind technical advisor named Francis stepped in and got it sorted tonight. I've wasted countless hours on this and should never have been charged in the first place. Expecting compensation for my trouble.
Complete waste of money. Downloaded F-Secure Safe for my iPhone thinking the ad blocker would be useful. Turns out it blocked practically every page on Safari as if everything was an ad. I called support and they claimed ad blockers don't even exist for iOS, which made no sense. I found an AD BLOCKER button in the app but couldn't figure out how to disable it. Their website wasn't helpful either and I couldn't find a way to cancel. After I uninstalled it, Safari worked perfectly again. Total disappointment and their support team clearly doesn't understand their own product.

My bank confirmed there was never any payment attempt in the first place. This company operates unprofessionally and I can't recommend them.
Bought F-Secure Total for a year, which bundles Freedome and F-Secure Safe. It's performed poorly across both my Mac and iPhone. On the computer, Freedome starts working fine but stops functioning after several days and won't launch at all. I have to completely remove and reinstall it, and it only works for a few days before the cycle repeats. iPhone performance has been better. The main application won't update automatically and constantly nags you to do manual updates. After each update, it forgets your subscription and you have to log back into their website to reconnect it. This is incredibly frustrating when it happens repeatedly. These issues have been going on for 11 months straight. It might work fine on Windows, but I absolutely cannot recommend it for Mac users.
