The names all had the same amount of letters but two of them had a 3 inch gap between the first and last letter. The third one had less than an inch of space on each side. It was really noticeable how different they all looked. When I told Fat Brain about it they basically said that's just how their computer cuts them and there's nothing they can do.
Got the Air Toobz set for my two boys who are 5 and 7 and they can't put it down! I haven't had any shipping problems or quality concerns. It's a solid product and the kids genuinely enjoy it.
This company is surprisingly terrible and they ignore all my messages. Half of my order got cancelled over a month ago with still no refund, and the rest of my stuff arrived a month late. Haven't heard a word from them about any of it.
My experience hasn't been what they promise on the site. Paid extra for quick international shipping, the delivery date came and went with nothing, never got any customs notification, and the package never showed up at all. Now it's being sent back and they're refusing to give me a full refund even though they didn't deliver. Hoping this gets sorted out properly. Also want to mention that the customer service team was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. They wouldn't even look at the details I gave them.
Ordered a Christmas gift on December 2nd and was never told it got lost. I only found out because I checked myself, otherwise the company wouldn't have said anything. Then (Diane) wasn't even nice about it on the phone and just said 'well we sent you the tracking information' with no apology or anything. Customer service here is pretty bad.
Don't buy from this place if you're shopping for kids...I tried to grab that popular air toobz toy for my daughter but they cancelled my order out of nowhere, saying something about it being suspicious. Would give them zero stars if I could. They charge you and then don't send your order. Try contacting them through their website, email, or messages? Good luck with that. I only got a response after I had to call them out publicly on their social media, and even then their customer service was terrible. No accountability whatsoever for ignoring my messages and not fulfilling what I paid for. When I finally got them to respond, they claimed a stock issue even though it showed available when I ordered two weeks earlier with a three day delivery promise. They kept my money without ever telling me the order wasn't happening or responding to my cancellation requests. Had to go public just to get them to cancel it, and I'm still waiting on that refund.
Bought a couple of gifts for my goddaughters last Christmas. They were probably a little overpriced but whatever, the order showed up on time and seemed fine. But the whole thing was ruined by how carelessly they handle customer information. I specifically emailed them asking not to get marketing stuff and they told me I was removed. Then a year later, a catalog shows up at my house and I had to waste more time calling to get taken off the list again. It bothers me that so many companies treat personal data like it's theirs to use as they please. Customers shouldn't have to ask twice to have their privacy respected. Greedy business practices, plain and simple. I probably would've ordered from them again but their sloppy data handling turned me into a never again customer.
The kids got air toobz for Christmas and they've been playing with them constantly ever since. The unit actually stopped working in March but when I reached out to customer support they were fantastic about helping me fix it. Really appreciated the quick resolution.
Got really disappointed with my purchase of Inchimals for Christmas. The pictures on their website made the colors look so bright and amazing. They're anything but. When I called to return it, they told me the packaging was making them look darker and suggested I open it up to check. I did, and nope, the colors are just plain dull. Now they won't take it back because the box is opened. They mentioned maybe offering me store credit if something is defective but that's not what I want. This company doesn't actually stand behind their so-called 100% satisfaction promise. Total rip-off.
