SERIOUSLY AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! We bought several Fat Brain toys for the kids for Christmas and literally every single item arrived with pieces missing and nothing could even be used. What a terrible Christmas that was! Unfortunately they won't let you post proof pictures anymore, so you're just going to have to trust me. If you want your children to actually be able to play with their Christmas gifts instead of crying for an hour because none of them work, then maybe avoid ordering from this disaster of a company.

Purchased a teeter popper for my granddaughter. After just 2 weeks of playing, both poppers broke off! I've sent 9 emails trying to get help (calling isn't practical since I'm in the UK) but the company hasn't responded at all. Their website says there's a 12 month warranty for defective items but I'm still trying to get anywhere with them and I'm not holding my breath. Stuff breaks sometimes and that's okay, but some actual help from customer service would've been nice. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

I've had good luck with Fat Brain toys in the past until this most recent order. Bought the Interactive Human Body and was really let down. What showed up was way smaller than what the pictures made it look like online, seems like maybe they sent a miniature version by mistake. Was hoping it'd be a fun toy for my grandson but looking at the actual size now, I think he's going to get frustrated with it.

Absolutely terrible customer service! I was just on the phone with someone from their support team and they clearly have no idea what customer service means. I ordered two gifts that were supposed to show up yesterday and they never came. UPS couldn't tell me anything more about it. I asked if they could resend the items and cover overnight shipping so I'd have them for a party this weekend. They said no. I'm done with this company. No wonder small businesses struggle when they treat customers like this. Really let down.

This is hands down my favorite place to shop for toys for the grandkids and I've been coming back for 6 years straight. Not once have I had a problem. I order something and it ships within hours. Last year I ordered on a Wednesday and had it by Friday! All their shipping comes in at $3.95 no matter what. One time I needed help ordering something to send overseas and the customer service person got me all set up and it went out the very next day. The grandkids always get so excited about their birthday and Christmas presents from here. Other people are always asking me where I find these great toys. Other stores should really pay attention to how they run things.
