Another annoying thing is they keep sending me discount codes for fifteen percent off that don't actually work. Just this past month I got two different coupons that both failed when I tried to use them on their site. The items themselves are quality stuff, but everything else gets a one star from me. Their website stinks and those fake discount offers are misleading. I'm switching to a different brand.
