I've bought around eight or nine flashlights, headlamps, and batteries from Fenix over the last couple years. Their products are really good, but their website is absolutely awful to navigate. Finding what you're looking for is nearly impossible and random items pop up in your searches that shouldn't be there. Another annoying thing is they keep sending me discount codes for fifteen percent off that don't actually work. Just this past month I got two different coupons that both failed when I tried to use them on their site. The items themselves are quality stuff, but everything else gets a one star from me. Their website stinks and those fake discount offers are misleading. I'm switching to a different brand.

Had a smooth experience selling a sapphire smartwatch bundle that included various international travel chargers, a metal band, the fitness tracker, and rubber wristbands. I initially thought their offer was low and asked for more, and they actually boosted their price. I understand someone could have taken everything apart separately and likely gotten more money by selling items individually versus as a package deal, but this was convenient and painless to work with.

Got a headlamp about a year ago and everything was fantastic including the cost, build quality, and how fast it arrived.

The customer service here is absolutely atrocious and communication is nonexistent. My order sat for weeks while they instantly charged my credit card, and I never even got an order confirmation. When I sent an angry email complaining about the situation, they just fired back with a cancellation and refund notice. No explanation, no apology, nothing. That kind of arrogance from a small business that likes to talk about how much they care is exactly why you shouldn't give them your money.

Probably not something they caused directly, but the result is still the same: my order never showed up. I ordered a flashlight and some batteries early in the year and waited two months without receiving anything. When I finally contacted the store, I actually got through to a helpful rep named Trevor. He suggested checking with my local post office since international packages sometimes get held for customs fees. I did check and was told nothing arrived for me. After talking with Trevor again, I explained that I don't believe the store defrauded me, it was probably just lost in transit somewhere. Shipping to international destinations has always been hit or miss. To be fair, their website does mention that more reliable shipping options like UPS or FEDEX are available for an additional fee. Still, at the end of the day I placed an order, paid for it, and it never arrived. If you're ordering from overseas where mail service reliability is questionable, paying extra for premium shipping options is probably worth it.
