Very let down by Filson. I've always loved this brand until I tried to get a repair done. Had the bag for over eight years and wear is starting to show. Sounds good so far? Try actually getting it fixed. There's big rips around the strap and the brass hardware broke. I don't have the original receipt from that long ago and the London location doesn't exist anymore. So what am I supposed to do? I completed their form, sent photos, and then some company in Italy reached out saying they also need the receipt. So disappointing. This doesn't match up with what Filson claims to be about as a company.

Filson repaired a tin cloth packer hat I bought last year and did a great job. They kept me in the loop with updates throughout the process and the repair came back looking excellent.
